Returns and Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for our voluntary return policy beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must not show signs of use beyond normal inspection of the product, should have original tags if included, and ideally be in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, and if relevant, a return shipping label.
Items sent back to us under our voluntary return policy without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
The above voluntary 30-day return policy does not limit the consumer's statutory right of withdrawal.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the delivered product is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@orbentara.com, so we can assess the situation and propose an appropriate solution.
The above provisions do not limit the consumer's rights arising from applicable legal regulations regarding non-conformity of goods with the contract.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, following the rules outlined in this Return Policy, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14 DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
Notwithstanding our voluntary 30-day return policy, a consumer who has concluded a distance contract has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the product.
If the order contains multiple products that are delivered separately, in parts, or in several shipments, the period begins to run from the day of receipt of the last product, the last part, or the last shipment.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the product corresponding to the least expensive type of standard delivery offered in our online store.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned product or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the product, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the product not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the product, unless we have informed you that these costs will be borne by the Seller.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases stipulated by applicable legal regulations, especially for products made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized, and for other products that are subject to statutory exceptions from the right of withdrawal.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
For items returned under our voluntary 30-day return policy, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank, payment service provider, or credit card issuer to process and post the refund too.
When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the deadlines for refunding payments specified in the "14-day cancellation right in the European Union" section apply.
